What to Expect	When ordering patterns from Kimane Designs, you can expect high quality patterns from a well-respected professional designer who has been working in this industry since 1998. Should the need arise, professional assistance is available to help with problems in the patterns you have chosen, by emailing at kimane@kimanedesigns.net.
Where are My Patterns?	Please be aware that your patterns will be emailed to you at the registered email address provided by PayPal. In most instances, this will happen mere minutes after your order. However, it has taken up to 24 hours. Please be patient. And, most importantly, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!
Terminology	All patterns are written in US terminology. If you are unfamiliar with standard crochet and knit pattern abbreviations, please visit Yarn Standards.

License Information	All patterns are intended for your own personal use only. Personal use means "for yourself, your family, your friends or charity." Should you have a desire to make any of the items for something other than personal use, please feel free to email at kimane@kimanedesigns.net for specific licensing permission.
Ordering Information	Once you place a PayPal order, the pattern will be manually emailed to you within 24 hours. In most instances, it is actually emailed within minutes. However, it could take up to 24 hours in some cases. Please ensure that you are using the same email address as the one you have registered with PayPal. Unless told otherwise, the email will be sent directly to the PayPal registered email address. If you have ordered something at a pre-publishing discount, these will be filled on the date indicated in your order fulfillment. If you ordered something at a pre-publishing discount and regular pricing, the regularly priced item will be filled pursuant to the above, and the discounted item will be filled on the date indicated in your order fulfillment. If you have purchased something from Kimane Designs with a PayPal e-check, this is handled by PayPal in the same manner as other paper checks. Your order will not be filled until PayPal has cleared it. This usually takes five business days. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive the PDF file. And, if you are not familiar with PayPal, please contact us to make other arrangements for payment. kimane@kimanedesigns.net. Complimentary patterns will still be available on Lulu Publishing. And, if you would like printed versions of the patterns, they will also be available on Lulu Publishing. Please contact Lulu Publishing directly with any order fulfillment issues.
