When ordering patterns from Kimane Designs, you can expect high quality patterns from a well-respected professional designer who has been working in this industry since 1998. Where are
My Patterns?
|
All patterns available at Kimane Designs are purchased for automatic download. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a link to the pattern. This email will be sent to the PayPal registered address you have on file with PayPal. Be sure to check that email account. Sometimes, these emails will be sent to you and your email filter will deposit it into your bulk or spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your Inbox. Also, if you have an automatic spam filter blocking program on your email account, be sure to check that spam filter account since it could have been blocked there as well. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to email me at kimane@kimanedesigns.net.

All patterns are written in US terminology. If you are unfamiliar with standard crochet and knit pattern abbreviations, please visit Yarn Standards.

Ordering

Once you place a PayPal order, the pattern will be available for automatic download immediately.
If you have ordered something at a pre-publishing discount, these will be filled on the date indicated in your order fulfillment. If you ordered something at a pre-publishing discount and regular pricing, the regularly priced item will be filled pursuant to the above, and the discounted item will be filled on the date indicated in your order fulfillment.
If you have purchased something from Kimane Designs with a PayPal e-check, this is handled by PayPal in the same manner as other paper checks. Your order will not be filled until PayPal has cleared it. This usually takes five business days.
If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, please contact me to make other arrangements for payment. kimane@kimanedesigns.net.
Complimentary patterns will still be available on Lulu Publishing. And, if you would like printed versions of the patterns, they will also be available on Lulu Publishing. Please contact Lulu Publishing directly with any order fulfillment issues.
